returns and refunds
We understand that you may change your mind from time to time, and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your shungite products! We offer exchanges and returns for your shungite pieces within 21 days of your purchase date.
If there is a problem with your item (it arrived broken, defective, different one) please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to correct it in a timely manner.
Request a return by emailing us at email@example.com and provide us with either your order Confirmation Number (for orders placed online) or Invoice Number (for orders placed via phone or walk-in), your name as in the order and which item you wish to return or which was defective and send us a clear picture demonstrating the defect.
When your valid return information is received and discussed with our specialist you can send it back to us. Please provide us with a valid tracking number when the returning package is in the possession of the shipper. As soon as we received the product back to our warehouse you will be credited for the cost of the merchandise minus shipping charges.
When the information and clear pictures of defective items are received and processed you will either get a refund or a replacement based on your choice and the situation.
We recommended that you send the products back in a safe package. If the merchandise is lost or stolen in the mail, we are not responsible to replace it.
