The stones are Regular Type III Shungite, which contains 30-50% of carbon. It is the most common type of shungite, although it has the same properties as other types of shungite. You should use 150-200 grams (0,33 – 0,44 lbs) of regular shungite stones per one liter of water (0,26 gallons). After that, put your shungite water in a dark place avoiding the direct sunlight for 24-48 hours. After 24 hours you can already drink the water, yet the full effects of shungite cleansing are evident after two days.
