We are shipping worldwide with different shipping services based on the size of your order and your particular demands on the speed of delivery and the price. The default delivery option on the website is Standard Postal Shipment. We ship with The Russian Post, and then you receive the parcel from your National Postal Carrier.

       We also offer expedited shipment methods like DHL. If you need to fast-track the shipping process please contact us, and we will provide you with additional information!

      All standard shipments have tracking numbers and can be traced first at the website of The Russian Post and then at the website of your national post. We mark the parcels as gifts so that you do not have to pay any customs import duties. However,  there could be random customs checks of big parcels, and customs can ask for additional information on the parcel and ask to pay an import fee, what does not happen normally.

• USA: 12-25 business days
• Latin America: 20-35 business days
• South America: 20-35 business days
• Middle East: 20-35 business days

    Please, take into account that delivery time doesn’t include handling time for the order. We process and ship orders within 5-10 business days. It depends on the size of the order. 

    Shipping time can be extended under certain circumstances such as random customs checks, emergencies, official holidays, etc. We cannot influence the delivery process of postal carriers after we send the packages.

      The delivery price depends on the total weight of the order and is automatically calculated in the cart based on the total weight of the parcel.
