returns and refunds

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund. If you’re not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policies below.

 

RETURNS

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. We will not address any issues brought to us after this timeframe. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Personalised or cutom-made items are non-returnable.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@shungitewholesale.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

 

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Partial refunds may be issued in cases where items are not in their original condition.
